Course: System Procedure for Negotiated Prices
This was a Storyline interactive e-learning. It was developed within a 10 day agile sprint. This course was a global course, and was localized for four additional geographical areas that required three additional language translations.
The problem: The client was launching a new feature for negotiations. The new feature was to be used during a very specific part of the negotiating process. This was very different than the existing process and the client anticipated confusion from support representatives.
Solution: A scenario was incorporated into the launch training to show learners when the feature would be used in the negotiation process. This resulted in representatives offering better support by knowing how to start the support conversation.
